THE" Secret"to losing weigh , you must first burn more calories than you eat.when the body uses more energy, than it takes in "remember,food equal energy," it depletes its fat stores.In other words eat less an your body will burn fat for energy,of course,what you is important,too.diet base solely on spinach soup wont provide all the nutrient your body needs, pretty soon,you will be tired of eating the same thing and return to your old eating habits with a vengeance.Any weight loss plan needs to center on food you can keep eating for a life time, of course it helps if those food will also help protect you from cancer and other diseases.its not all about losing weight,a diet which is high in  meat and low in fruits, may lead to short term weight loss, but is not in keeping with current nutritional knowledge,excessive meat consumption has been linked with a variety of  diseases.A high fruit and vegetable, whole and whole grain food,low fat dairy products and lean protein are cornerstone of healthy eating.
